Is there a start and finish date?
Once you sign up you will receive the calendar and introductory email right away. Your week # 1 workout assignment email with video links and passwords will be sent out the very next Monday. So if you sign up on a Tuesday, the Monday the following week will be DAY # 1 for you.
Where is this challenge available?
This is an online program so you can do it from anywhere that you have a wifi signal and can follow the workout videos. Heck travelling a lot? You can do this in your hotel room!! So team up with a long lost friend from across the country and get committed!!
What type of workouts will I be doing?
Variety is the name of the game. You will be doing a large variety of workouts throughout the 8 weeks. From interval style classes called HIIT or Tabata. To full body strength workouts which will target areas like legs, core and upperbody. There are also some cardio kickboxing themed workouts!!! Basically you will never get bored.

Ira is an award winning group fitness instructor who trains the trainers. He teaches other trainers at nationally recognized fitness conferences across North America, so you are in good and capable hands. Ira knows how to cater a workout to meet each participant at a level that will challenge them. Options will always be given for beginner to advanced participants. Ira will encourage you to work at a level that challenges you and give you the encouragement you may need to get the results that have been eluding you!
How do I receive workout videos?
An email will be delivered each Monday in the wee hours of the morning that will lead you to your password protected videos for the week. Your passwords will not expire!!! So once you complete week # 8 feel free to start this whole challenge from the beginning again!!!!!
Can I do more than 15 minutes?
Be our guest. Sure complete a 2nd/3rd round of the daily workout in order to challenge yourself a little more.
