Building a Fitness Foundation
My first VLOG! Taking what my fitness participants call their end of class pep talks to a whole ‘nother level. Determined to change how people define health and fitness and flip things upside down. This is the starting point, the foundation. We are laying a cornerstone and using it as a reference to build a sturdy and healthy life that reaches beyond the boundaries of ourselves and into the a life of service to others. I am very excited!
